Save enormous amounts of fees on paypal!

If you're like me, you probably use Paypal to process your online payments. We all know that Paypal can sometimes be a monopoly about stuff.

There are certainly alternatives, like Google Checkout, Alertpay, Stormpay, Moneybookers, E-gold etc. but Paypal is still considered by many as the leading payment processor in the market.

For those of us that rely on Paypal for our sales, we all know how much Paypal cut from received payments.

This has bothered me alot for a long time, esp when I have large sums of money coming through. Paypal must have earned thousands from me some months. That's alot of money to just be 'gone' - which I could use to buy a new laptop or pay some bills, or even to just donate to charity!!

Well, I've just found a new way to avoid these high fees.

This method was originally by pcproffenno, which I have adapted and simplified. And it's completely legal!!

No matter how large the payment, my loss is only $1!

So even if I had to pay $5k for an item, the cut will be just $1. I still keep paying my fees for the small amounts though, as I think PayPal deserves getting some commission.

So how is it done?

Well, you may have heard of a paypal feature called "Mass Pay". It only costs $1 in fees, instead of the usual 4%.

Here's a pretty simple and quick guide on how to use mass pay with your paypal balance. Anyone can do it, with premier and business accounts. Those with personal accouns don't need to since sending money with personal accounts is free anyway....

THE METHOD

According to PayPal's mass pay instructions, you are supposed to create an Excel file with the payment information and save the file as a text file with tab separated values. I believe there is a much easier way to
do it:

1. Open up notepad (or any text/ascii editor)

2. Type the following information, separated by tabs (use tab key, not spaces).

An example of a payment text file:

payment@domain.com $1000 USD

This textfile will, when uploaded to PayPal, process a payment of $1000 US Dollars to the PayPal address payment@domain.com

Save the textfile as anything you'd like, just try to remember where you saved it for later!

3. Log in to your PayPal account the usual way, but instead of sending a payment the regular way, look for the small link on the bottom of your screen that says "Mass Pay".

4 Browse to find the text file you just created in notepad and upload it to PayPal as directed. Type in the e-mail address you want the receipt to be sent to and perform the payment by clicking the button.

Voila! The PayPal recipient has now received his/hers payment and it only cost you $1 in fees, instead of 4%!!!

Good luck with mass pay payments, it has saved me plenty of money esp with deals involving adding the 4% fee to the final sales price!

my take on Clinton Vs Obama..

Its very hard to ignore the upcoming presidential elections in the US cause they affect each and every person on the earth.. Will the new president be worse than Bush (highly improbable) or will they finally do something to restore peace in the world... and of course, not to forget the ridiculously high oil prices....

Lets just assume that McCain doesn't exist... who should it be, A woman or a black man?

You would say I am a racist and sexist for putting it that way.... and you're right to do so.

I dont detest either of them because of this but both gender and color matter a lot when you assume such an important seat.... I am more than sure they are eligible of doing a good job for their country, what really matters is how they will be seen internationally...

The Arabs dont think highly of women so thats a downer for Hillary... sure she could scare em with her owl like eyes and strong military, but she will never be seen as a commanding figure...

Obama might have success in Arabia, but the Europeans wont take him seriously... honestly, they don't like black people..


Bottom line;

I fail to see any major difference in policies of Obama an Hillary..

Obama's pro: charmer, good at giving speeches.
Hillary's pro: experience.



Id choose experience over sweet talking any day....

A new person has been selected to represent Pakistan today. What makes this one special? He has been nominated by a coalition of many political parties in the country; something which is very new to this land where every man stands only for himself.

Nicole Richie doesn't want bigger breasts

New-mommy Nicole Richie doesn't seem to like her curvy post-pregnancy body, as nursing has left her with bigger breasts that don't go with her fashion style.

The socialite and her rocker boyfriend Joel Madden have recently become parents to baby daughter Harlow Kate Winter Madden. And even after getting back to her svelte shape in just weeks after the birth, Richie has been left with significantly bigger bust due to nursing.

And the 26-year-old is uncomfortable with this look as she cannot wear the kind of clothes she likes.

"I'm bustier now, and I really don't like it. It doesn't really fit with my wardrobe, it's not who I am. I am not someone who is used to wearing a bra or having to wear a bra I really don't like it," Contactmusic quoted her, as saying.

Harry Potter smokes 20 cigarettes everyday

“Harry Potter” star Daniel Radcliffe’s co-stars have warned him of serious health problems if he doesn’t quit smoking 20 cigarettes a day.

Radcliffe has been nicknamed Harry Puffer on the set of the new Potter movie as he rushes off to smoke between takes. He is reportedly smoking a pack a day and this is worrying his friends, thesun.co.uk reports.

A source said: “Daniel has recently been smoking up to 20 cigarettes a day. Every time they call ‘Cut’, he lights up. It’s disgusting. Friends and co-stars including Rupert Grint have been warning him about the dangers of smoking. But he doesn’t take any notice.”

Producers are also afraid that Radcliffe’s image could be damaged if he is seen smoking in public.

“He’s been having late nights out with stars like Kevin Spacey and Stephen Fry and seems to have picked up bad habits …,” the source added.

I have decided that while i will be spending some of my ridiculous amount of free time on this, i might as well make it a bit interesting.... with all the shit going on in this world... its about time jobless people like me help bring a smile on your ugly ass face! :)
